UCD Victor is a high-performing short-day strawberry developed by the University of California, Davis, and named in honour of renowned breeder Victor Voth. Well suited to warm-region short-day production systems, it delivers very high marketable yields with excellent post-harvest shelf life. Fruit are large, firm, and visually appealing, with a balanced flavour ideal for premium fresh-market programs. With strong resistance to Fusarium wilt and Phytophthora crown rot and a medium-early harvest window, UCD Victor offers growers a reliable blend of quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
